That is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all eligible purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your product within 30 days of receiving your order, simply reach out to our team and we will guide you through the return and refund process with care and efficiency.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return and refund under our policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Window Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Requests submitted after this window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or defective.
  • Product Condition Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Products that show signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Proof of Purchase A valid order number or proof of purchase from the Get Relief Haven website is required to process all return and refund requests.
  • Original Packaging Items must be returned in their original packaging. Products returned without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted for return at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items

While we strive to accommodate all return requests wherever possible, the following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered from their original condition
  • Items with missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers of any kind

If you have received a non-returnable item that is nonetheless defective or damaged upon arrival, please refer to Section 5 of this policy we will always make things right in cases of genuine product fault.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Returning a product to Get Relief Haven is a simple, straightforward process. Please follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact Our Support Team Email us at getreliefhaven@gmail.com  within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your full name, order number, the item you wish to return, and a brief explanation of your reason for returning.

Step 2 — Receive Your Return Authorization Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 1 to 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and full return instructions. Please do not send any items back before receiving your RMA number — unreturned items sent without authorization may not be processed.

Step 3 — Pack Your Item Securely Carefully repack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your order confirmation or note your order number clearly inside the package.

Step 4 — Ship the Item Back Send the item to the return address provided by our support team. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Get Relief Haven cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Step 5 — Confirmation & Refund Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been approved and your refund has been initiated.

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure that every order leaves our fulfillment center in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Significantly different from the product described on our website
  • Incorrect meaning the wrong item was sent in error

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at getreliefhaven@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

In all such cases, Get Relief Haven will take full responsibility. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer you the choice of a full refund or a free replacement whichever you prefer. We are committed to resolving all product fault cases within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your report.

6. Refund Processing & Timeline

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Approval You will receive an email notification confirming that your return has been received, inspected, and approved for refund.
  • Refund Method All approved refunds are issued to your original payment method whether that is your credit card, debit card, or digital wallet. We do not issue refunds via cash, cheque, or alternative payment methods.
  • Processing Time Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days of return approval. Please note that once we initiate the refund, your bank or card provider may require an additional 3 to 5 business days to reflect the credit in your account, depending on their internal processing times.
  • Partial Refunds In cases where a returned item does not fully meet our return eligibility criteria for example, if original packaging is missing or minor signs of use are present we reserve the right to issue a partial refund at our discretion. We will always communicate clearly with you before processing a partial refund.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Initiated Returns For returns initiated due to personal preference, change of mind, or reasons not related to product fault, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Fault or Error-Based Returns In cases where the return is due to a confirmed product defect, damage upon arrival, or an error on our part, Get Relief Haven will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. You should never have to pay to return an item that did not meet our quality standards.

8. Exchanges

At this time, Get Relief Haven does not offer direct product-for-product exchanges. If you would like a different product, size, or variant, we recommend the following process:

9. Cancellations

Orders Not Yet Dispatched If your order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Orders Already Dispatched If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it at that stage. In this case, please wait for the item to arrive and then initiate a return following the process outlined in Section 4.
